Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of high-power RF and microwave systems, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. They will apply Multiphysics modeling and simulation techniques to analyze and optimize RF interactions in complex environments, spearhead research and development projects, and oversee experimental validation of RF designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of high-power RF and microwave systems
  • Apply Multiphysics modeling and simulation techniques to analyze and optimize RF interactions
  • Spearhead research and development projects
  • Oversee experimental validation of RF designs
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate RF technologies into broader systems
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
  • Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap development
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field
  • 6+ years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on high power applications
  • Demonstrable success in leading RF design projects from concept through production
  • Solid understanding of applied physics principles relevant to RF technologies
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with emphasis on RF/microwave engineering
  • Extensive experience in Multiphysics modeling and solving complex RF interaction problems
  • Extensive experience with solid-state RF design and high power RF technologies
