The Facility Maintenance Associate is tasked with ensuring the upkeep of the exterior and interior of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform painting tasks for both the interior and exterior of the facility.
- Alert management regarding the necessity for significant repairs or enhancements to lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Operate power equipment, including pressure washers and lawn mowers.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall aesthetic appeal of the facility in accordance with company standards.
- Complete the assigned work list for each shift and submit it to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked, labeled, and stored properly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for both employees and customers.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Arrive for scheduled shifts punctually.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- General maintenance and/or custodial experience is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change are required.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- Professional grooming and attire are expected.
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and various shifts is required.
- Reliable transportation and phone are mandatory.
- Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
- Ability to deliver courteous and prompt customer service.
- Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members.
