Job Description

We are seeking a talented Postdoctoral Associate to join our team at the University of Minnesota Department of Psychiatry's Translational NeuroEngineering Laboratory (TNEL). As a member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and summarizing complex neurophysiologic and behavioral data, collecting invasive and non-invasive physiologic data from human participants, designing experimental paradigms, preparing scientific reports, and maintaining familiarity with the scientific literature in psychiatric neurostimulation.

About Our Lab
Our laboratory develops technologies to reverse circuit impairments that cause mental illness, including depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, and addictions. We regularly publish in high-impact clinical, engineering, and scientific journals, and more information is available at http://www.tnelab.org/.

Responsibilities
* Analyze and summarize neurophysiologic and behavioral data
* Collect invasive and non-invasive physiologic data from human participants
* Design experimental paradigms to maximize data quality
* Prepare scientific reports and manuscripts
* Maintain immunizations, training, and documentation requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications
A Ph.D., DDS, DVM, JD, MD or equivalent is required for this role. The successful candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
