Job Description

As a Senior Application Developer at ATC, the employee performs a complete range of information system analyst assignments, including designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). This role will help support multiple instances of Accela spanning various agencies and additional agencies that utilize data from these systems.

This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to other team members and agency customers, serving as a Technical Consultant to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes. They will support and enhance the agencies' business needs through the maintenance and modification of existing Accela applications, as well as develop new applications to support the needs of the client Application Development Section.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access. They will also have expertise in reporting (AD HOC, Crystal reports, and SSRS), as well as experience in the Accela environment with design, development, code review, and testing.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with setting up application security roles, best practices for security roles and FIDS, scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow, and expression), and promoting changes using Accela's Configuration Manager exports/imports. Experience with SVN and GIT code repositories, Microsoft SQL Server databases, and Accela GIS is also highly desirable.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations and experience with Accela Data Migration Tool. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
