Position Overview:

Are you seeking a fulfilling role where your skills are appreciated and your growth is encouraged? Join our dedicated team at 5812 Investment Group as a Residential Cleaning Specialist. We are in search of skilled individuals to enhance our maintenance team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, waxing, and polishing.
  • Dust and polish woodwork and vents to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Clean kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures, ensuring they are spotless.
  • Wash windows and vacuum carpets and floors as needed.
  • Prepare the office, clubhouse, and restrooms for daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of model units on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all vacant apartments are cleaned as directed by supervisors.
  • Keep all vacant units fresh and free of odors.
  • Regularly clean and maintain laundry facilities.
  • Collect trash and debris from grounds and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and car insurance.
  • Reliable personal transportation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
  • Possess basic hand tools or the ability to acquire them.
  • Exhibit a service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and excellent attendance.

Compensation:
Salary: $21.00 per hour
