CT/Xray Technologist I

We are seeking a skilled CT/Xray Technologist I to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of CT and radiology procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.

• Perform CT and radiology procedures with precision and accuracy, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Administer contrast media and other related patient care services as needed.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in diagnostic imaging.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology with equivalent training and experience.
• Registry eligible team members who have obtained a state of Illinois Temporary License may perform duties in Illinois but must be registered by The Iowa Department of Public Health and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography within 90 days of their first day of employment.
• Must pass ARRT CT board exam within 18 months of hire date.
