**Job Title:** Traveling LPN Wanted for Bedford, PA Assignment

**Job Type:** Contract

**Location:** Bedford, PA

**Shift:** 10:45 pm to 7:15 am (Every Other Weekend is required)

**Contract Duration:** 10-13 weeks

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a rehab or skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform vital signs, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments.
**Requirements:**
  • **Licensure/Certification/Registration:**
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • **Experience/ Skills:**
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an LPN in a rehab or skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
