Job Title: Baseball Coach - Part-Time

Reports To: Facility Manager

Job Description

ASM Global is seeking a passionate and experienced coach to lead our youth sports programs. As a coach, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment for children to learn and develop their skills.

Essential Job Functions Include:
  • Lead and instruct small teams of children during practices and games.
  • Develop and implement engaging drills and games to promote learning and fun.
  • Provide positive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their skills.
  • Assist with officiating and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and creating positive experiences.
  • Experience in coaching or leading youth sports programs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Sports Specific Experience
  • Experience playing and/or coaching baseball.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Qualifications: The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must possess current Red Cross CPR certification.

Hours: This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit for long hours, and work with various types of fitness equipment. The employee must have the endurance to complete the instruction of the assigned fitness program.
