Logistics Associate

About the Role:

L&F Distributors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will work closely with our drivers to ensure seamless product delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Verify accurate orders before departure from the warehouse.
• Assist drivers with all delivery, sales, and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels at customer accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Audit point-of-sale items for quality representation.
• Monitor product freshness and rotation.
• Complete required training and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid CDL license.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

The role requires frequent standing, walking, and stooping, as well as occasional sitting and climbing. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision. You may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
