About the Position:

As a Center Clinical Director at ChenMed, you will oversee our care team while engaging in various market-specific duties. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Patient Care: Serve as a primary care physician and hospitalist or skilled nursing facility physician for patients, leveraging your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Leadership: Coach physicians and clinicians, develop clinical training materials, and lead quality improvement initiatives that drive excellence in patient care.
  • Market Engagement: Contribute to team meetings, participate in clinical discussions, and contribute to quality management programs that foster collaboration and innovation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Hold an MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty, with board certification preferred.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years post-residency experience, with at least 2 years in a clinical leadership role, and demonstrate expertise in quality improvement and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Skills: Demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and lead teams effectively.
