About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MDS Coordinator RN to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a key member of our clinical department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management process from admission to discharge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, as well as Federal, State, and Certification guidelines
  • Track Minimum Data Set, discharge, and admission data
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement to drive clinical operations
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
  • Prior MDS experience highly preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Case-Mix, the Federal Medicare PPS process, and Medicaid reimbursement highly preferred
