Job Overview
MUSC Health & Medical University of SC seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
This is a PRN position that involves working variable shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
- Direct and lead other assigned team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred
