Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Control Specialist to join our team at Star Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform traffic control and flagging activities to direct multi-directional traffic with appropriate signage and general labor duties.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations on all work zone and flagging sites, including placing signs, barricades, traffic cones, and other warning devices.
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support the success of our construction projects.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have 1 or more years of experience in flagging or a related field.
  • Possess knowledge of techniques of traffic control and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
  • Meet specific vision requirements, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
