Director of Rehabilitation

About the Role:

The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the administration, clinical planning, development, marketing, and operations of the rehab program within the facility. This role will manage and direct staff in the provision of program services to patients, residents, and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
  • Direct and assess the scheduling of patients/residents for therapy services.
  • Participate in team meetings to formulate treatment plans and discuss progress.
  • Review therapist documentation practices for clarity and consistency.
  • Maintain a clinical caseload as needed.
  • Generate and analyze financial, operational, and productivity reports.
  • Ensure that weekly and monthly statistics, patient outcome data, and billing logs are accurate and complete.
  • Supervise program staff in daily program operations and clinical activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professions.
  • Two to four years of clinical experience required.
  • One to two years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines preferred.
