Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) - Retail Sales Position

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team as a Brick Specialist. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting every customer, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing retail visual standards.
  • Inventory Management: Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to company standards, know and abide by all safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Technical Skills: Process information/merchandise through the register system.
  • Availability: Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
  • Physical Demands: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
