Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Dialysis

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN Dialysis to join our team in San Diego, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced travel nurse RN Dialysis to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel nurse RN Dialysis, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and efficient dialysis environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Conduct ongoing patient education and counseling to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a RN in a dialysis setting.
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
