Key Details:
  • Work Schedule:
    • Part-time | 32-48 hours biweekly | Onsite
    • Night shifts | 8 & 12-hour options | 11pm-7:30am/7pm-7:30am
    • Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) | Rotating holidays
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Starting pay: $36.83 (ADN); $37.75 (BSN); $38.69 (MSN), based on experience
    • Additional pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts
    • Hiring bonus of $3,500 and relocation bonus of $5,000 for qualified candidates
    • Part-time benefits include medical, dental, PTO, retirement plans, and employee discounts
    • Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and college grants
  • Qualifications:
    • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in Minnesota
    • BSN required within three years of hire
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory
