Job Title: RN - ICU

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Adena Fayette Medical Center in Washington Court House, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a current Ohio license and at least two years of recent experience as a RN in ICU.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients in the ICU, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes. This is a Nights 7p - 7a shift position, requiring a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current Ohio license as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least two years of recent experience as a RN in ICU.
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
  • 2 current Clinical References.
  • Physical and TB Records.
  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations.
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records.
  • Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer.
