Tandym Health is seeking a licensed psychiatrist to join our team in Staten Island. As a child and adolescent psychiatrist, you will provide psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders in an outpatient setting.
You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to discuss care plans and progress. Your responsibilities will include prescribing and administering treatments, collecting and recording patient information, maintaining accurate medical records, reviewing patient history, and evaluating and diagnosing disorders.
To be eligible for this position, you must have a current unrestricted NY medical license, be board certified/eligible in Psychiatry (MD/DO), and hold DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Academic experience is preferred, and 2 years of experience in a previous mental health setting, outpatient clinic, or hospital is desired.
