Job Title: Pizza Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pizza Team Lead to join our team at Jet's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of pizza makers, cashiers, and other support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pizza makers, cashiers, and other support staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational metrics to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
