Position Overview:
Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering physician-recommended physical therapy aimed at improving or alleviating residual physical disabilities. This role involves maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, the healthcare team, and other relevant individuals regarding patient care and status. The Physical Therapist collaborates in developing and adjusting the care plan as necessary and communicates with PT+ regarding any issues related to rehabilitation services and patient care.

$75 per visit

Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred.

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York.

Graduate from a physical therapist program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or its successor organizations.

Ability to demonstrate initiative and independent judgment.
