We are seeking an exceptional pediatric gastroenterologist to join our comprehensive clinical program dedicated to the care of children and adolescents with gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, and/or nutritional disease.
About the DivisionThe Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology is a dynamic and growing program within the Department of Pediatrics at Albany Medical College and the Bernard and Millie Duker Children's Hospital at Albany Med Health System.
We have a team of experienced physicians, pediatric nurse practitioners, nurses, and a dietitian who work together to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Our division is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology, including an outpatient endoscopy unit with anesthesia support.
Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, esophageal pH, and impedance studies, video capsule endoscopy, and anorectal and esophageal manometry studies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Teach and mentor medical students and residents.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the division.
