Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer to become a vital part of our healthcare team. This role involves performing ultrasound examinations and related procedures to accurately depict anatomy for medical evaluation and intervention.
Position Details:
Type: Allied Health
Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer in a well-regarded outpatient OB/GYN environment
Work Schedule: Weekdays Only
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Permanent/Outpatient
Relocation/Sign-On Assistance: Potential available based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care within the medical imaging department.
- Conduct high-quality imaging and examinations while being sensitive to patient needs.
- Operate ultrasound equipment and perform various related tasks.
- Accurately prepare and position patients, selecting appropriate anatomical and technical parameters.
- Clearly explain procedures and provide education to patients.
- Review images and provide initial observations, communicating findings to the physician.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms, following all disinfection policies.

Qualifications:
- Associate or Technical Degree in Ultrasound/Sonography is required.
- Must be credentialed from ARDMS.
- Experience in OB/GYN is essential.
