**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promoting independent lifestyles.
* Identify resident medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and re-assess residents as needed.
* Collaborate with our Certified Nursing Assistants and Oral Medication Technicians to ensure effective care delivery.
* Provide daily reports to the Director of Nursing, highlighting community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
* Ensure nursing care is provided according to physician's orders and established standards.

**Requirements:**

* Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the Iowa Board of Nursing.
* Current CPR certification.
* Minimum two years' experience in long-term care, preferred.
* Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.
