About the Role

Unison Behavioral Health Group is seeking a dedicated Child Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing community-based services to children and youth, their families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide community-based services to children and youth, their families, and caregivers
  • Work closely with children, youth, families, and community partners
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a hybrid work model with opportunities for remote work and an excellent benefits package.

Location

This role will cover Lucas, Fulton, Henry, Williams, Putnam, Defiance, Paulding, Van Wert, and Mercer counties.

Requirements

  • A combination of education and experience that includes a high school diploma and 3 years of experience, or an associate's or bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or a master's degree and 1 year of experience
  • Relevant experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related field is required
  • Expertise in one or more areas such as family systems, community resources, case management, child counseling, or child development is preferred
