Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials to and from various locations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including hours of service, weight limits, and safety protocols
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and pickup operations
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the recycling industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

  • $23 - $26 per hour + time and a half after 40 hours
