Key Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and apply skills learned during training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper placement of tools and materials.
- Exhibit professionalism in behavior and attire, complying with company policies.
- Meet production capacity targets while focusing on delivering high-quality products.
- At the beginning of each shift, provide updates on machine status, raw materials, and ongoing production activities.
- Evaluate the quality of products from previous processes and oversee the current production stage.
- Document production activities and report any irregularities to the team leader promptly.
- Engage in safety training, recognize potential hazards, and follow emergency protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in production and quality inspection is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual skills in Mandarin Chinese are preferred.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to quickly acquire necessary skills, including familiarity with office equipment and company software.

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing workshop setting.
