The Grounds Guys is looking for a highly skilled and organized Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals in providing top-notch lawn care and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct field staff to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines
  • Maintain open communication with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
  • Implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize crew productivity and minimize waste
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles within the landscaping industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation Package:

  • $21-$24/hour pay range based on experience
  • Paid time off, including holidays and sick leave
