Medical Director for Outpatient Practice

We are seeking a part-time medical director to oversee our outpatient practice in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine and be board-certified.
Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a physician to work collaboratively with our nurse practitioners and physicians' assistants, providing high-quality patient care and supervision. As a medical director, you will be responsible for reviewing charts, making clinical decisions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nurse practitioners and physicians' assistants in an outpatient setting
- Review charts and make clinical decisions to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement best practices
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
- Be board-certified in pain medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related field
- Have experience working in an outpatient setting
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
