We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior CNA to join our team at BrightStar Care. As a Senior CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients while also supporting the administration of our busy Crystal Lake office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with CNA/Caregiver training and mentoring, including mechanical lifts and special diet preparation.
- Support new employee readiness, including Plan of Care knowledge and dress code adherence.
- Act as lead backup for new client care and fill client shifts as needed.
- Introduce CNA/Caregivers to new clients and provide miscellaneous office support.
