Job Title: Air Duct Cleaning Technician

The Air Duct Cleaning Technician position is a critical component of DUCTZ's success, playing a key role in the company's growth and expansion.

This hands-on technical position requires an individual with a strong technical mindset, who can work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
  • Install dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct work
  • Apply anti-microbial coatings
  • Manage customer relations and ensure quality customer service
  • Present knowledge and trustworthiness to customers
  • Inspect own work at customer locations and ensure it meets DUCTZ quality standards and customer expectations
  • Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level
  • Properly use and maintain the DUCTZ service vehicle
  • Properly use and maintain all provided supplies and equipment
  • Adhere to all rules, regulations, and policies contained in the DUCTZ Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and Employment Agreement
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a technical hands-on field (experience in HVAC, restoration, construction, or other skilled trades is ideal)
  • Good relationship-building skills with diverse populations, including customers, partners, technicians, and company employees
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Capable of working effectively as part of a team
  • Able to work in high areas or confined spaces
  • Ability to drive in compliance with company vehicle policy
  • Must be bondable and insurable under company insurance
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour
