Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at LCS Facility Group. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Restock and maintain custodial supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients
  • Follow a monthly on-call schedule for weekend and overtime coverage as needed
  • Perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, and lifting, as required

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in custodial work, preferably in a commercial setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
