We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Hospital in Temple, Texas. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric patients, including those in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and all ages of children up to 18.

• Practice pediatric anesthesiology, including major trauma, neuro-anesthesia, spines, and airway surgery, as well as anesthesia for infants and children with repaired cardiac defects.
• Join a small team of anesthesiologists and work collaboratively with pediatric CRNAs and anesthesia residents in an Anesthesia Care Team Model.
• Participate in a mix of Anesthesia Care Team Model and Solo Staff Model, with a work schedule of Monday-Friday and weekend and evening call distributed by mathematical algorithm.
• Have opportunities for extra pay for working overtime and weekends, as well as academic opportunities to teach medical students and residents.
• Work in a 106-bed acute care Pediatric Level II Trauma Center and an academic site for the Texas A&M College of Medicine.
• Be expected to help with pediatric anesthesia coverage at Temple Memorial Hospital, a 636-bed acute care adult hospital.
