Emergency Department Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team in Everett, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, allergies, and other relevant factors.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of care plans and progress.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
- Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
