Job Summary

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train food-service associates to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Advises management on purchasing requirements to minimize waste and avoid product shortages.
  • Ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Operate and clean equipment in accordance with department procedures.
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
