Job Title: Nighttime Pastry Artisan

Work Environment:

Our fast-paced bakery operates Monday through Saturday, with typical shift hours from 11 pm to 7 am. We provide a structured training program to help you develop your skills and become a valuable member of our team.

Salary: $16 - $20 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties:
We are seeking a skilled Nighttime Pastry Artisan to join our nighttime production team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and managing dough production plans, pre-measuring and preparing toppings, monitoring product quality, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also participate in regular test bakes and complete production paperwork accurately. If you have a passion for baking and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage dough production plans based on production forecasts
  • Pre-measure/prep most toppings necessary for the pre-and post-oven phases
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of the baked/final product meets Crumbl standards
  • Participate in regular test bakes
  • Maintain inventory levels and communicate with management about any anticipated needs/shortages
