Nurse Manager Operating Room/Surgical Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our dynamic Operating Room team in Houston. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the OR, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses in the Operating Room, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve OR efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and analyze OR performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of clinical experience in the Operating Room/Surgery.
- 2+ years of progressive leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Coordinator, or Shift Supervisor.
- BSN degree required.
- TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure.
- CNOR certification.
