We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management for a caseload of 8 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) children on the autism spectrum.
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools.
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients.
- Lead and educate a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists.
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values.
- Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.
- Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA / Senior BCBA.

- Total Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 with bonuses based on experience.
- Small caseloads, allowing for individualized care and attention.
- $30,000 Long-Term Incentive Plans over 3 years, eligible for promotions to ACD and above.
- No contractual obligation, we want you to stay because you're happy, not because you're contractually obligated.
