Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Gas Technician to join our team. As a Gas Technician, you will play a critical role in providing general electrical repair, generator installation, and services to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and in accordance with local and national codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform specialty pipeline activities with minimal supervision
  • Lead pipeline projects and work collaboratively with team members
  • Complete required paperwork and daily timesheets
  • Assist in training fellow crew members on company safety policies and procedures
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with state and local building regulations
  • Manage daily operations to meet job specifications and customer requirements
  • Conduct on-site project reviews and design plans
  • Oversee work to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
  • Maintain, load, setup, and mobilize large equipment
  • Lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Use basic power and hand tools

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of gas pipeline construction
  • Experience as a gas laborer, gas operator, or foreman (preferred)
  • Knowledge of gas installation and replacement experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, and management skills
  • Working knowledge of computer and mobile devices
