Job Description: At Nova Property Network, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our properties, including managing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, management, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service skills.
  • Evaluate and address potential liabilities or repairs, alerting the maintenance coordinator and property manager as needed.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in property management maintenance or facilities operations (preferred 2 years).
  • Knowledge of general maintenance practices, preventative maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Effective emergency response and communication skills.

Benefits:

Nova Property Network offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
