The Mansions at Alpharetta is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes promptly
  • Manage medical supplies and assist with ordering when needed
  • Help with scheduling coverage for unexpected shifts
  • Participate in onboarding new team members
  • Respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate medical follow-ups
  • Support residents in maintaining a clean and orderly living space
  • Address resident needs promptly and effectively
  • Assist with laundry, meal service, and activity programs as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols
  • Communicate effectively with the wellness team and management regarding resident health
Requirements:
  • Preferably a current State Nurse's Aide registration
  • Experience in working with seniors and a genuine passion for it
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 60 pounds
  • Capable of maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Good physical and emotional health with no communicable diseases
Physical Demands:
  • Bend, reach, lift up to 60 pounds, and stand for long periods
  • Possibly use a Hoyer Lift when necessary
Additional Information:
  • Weekend, holiday, and varied shift work may be required
  • Potential for extended work hours and exposure to various conditions
  • Subject to background, criminal, and drug screenings
  • Random drug testing during employment may occur
  • Possible use of your image in company materials
  • May be recorded via resident-installed surveillance devices
