Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their benefits, effects, and usage.
  • Assist customers with product selection, answering questions and making recommendations as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product information to provide accurate and informed service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
