Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mammographic and related imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough radiologic examinations on patients, ensuring high-quality diagnostic results.
• Produce clear and accurate images promptly while maintaining a focus on patient comfort and care.
• Utilize knowledge of imaging parameters such as compression, exposure settings, and grid selection to optimize image quality.
• Monitor patients throughout the examination process, addressing any discomfort or medical concerns that may arise.
• Provide clear guidance to patients, explaining procedures and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with physicians to meet patient needs and provide relevant information regarding imaging results.

Qualifications:

• ARRT(R)(M) certification is required.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is mandatory.
• CPR certification is essential.
• A minimum of one year of experience in diagnostic imaging is preferred.
