Pharmacy Technician Training Facilitator

Ebenezer Outreach Ministries (EOM) is in search of a skilled educator to implement a comprehensive Pharmacy Technician Curriculum. This program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills for job readiness, fostering their growth and engagement throughout the course.
The Pharmacy Technician Trainer (PTT) will report directly to the Executive Director of EOM. The PTT will oversee the student experience within the Pharmacy Technician training program, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to creating innovative, engaging, and measurable training experiences that enhance student success. Furthermore, effective communication with diverse groups is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for designated programs as required.
- Guide students through the training program to ensure timely completion.
- Evaluate and manage student engagement and overall progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans as needed.
- Conduct key assessments during the training process, review outcomes with the team, and propose enhancements to the training approach.
- Evaluate Skill Development.
- Monitor daily training activities to identify and address any issues that may affect the program's execution or student experience.
- Track curriculum advancement; collaborate with the team for root cause analysis to support student graduation.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to provide updates on training progress and communicate any concerns to the Executive Director for discussion and resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the 12th-grade level or in vocational education.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, training delivery, or a related field.
- Proficient in delivering training materials both virtually and in person.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the pharmacy sector.
- Nationally Certified Technician (CPhT via PTCB or ExCPT) or a commitment to obtain national certification within 6 months of employment.
- Career and Technical Education Certification.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree along with Student Teacher Certification.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
