- Assist patients in choosing a healthcare plan that meets their needs.
- Collaborate with Outpatient Case Managers and Community Medicine Outpatient Account Reps to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address patient needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- ACA Certification for Certified Application Counselor preferred.
- Experience assisting with the NJ Family Care application.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
