Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, including operating food preparation equipment and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.

Requirements:
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with members, team members, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
