Recovery Coach

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Recovery Coach to join our team at CompServ Health Resources Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders as they navigate their recovery journey.

As a Recovery Coach, you will work one-on-one with clients to help them develop and implement personalized recovery plans. This may involve:

• Cultivating self-help skills, such as making informed decisions and developing social support networks;
• Providing system advocacy by assisting clients in communicating their needs to healthcare providers or other relevant parties;
• Offering individual advocacy by helping clients navigate the healthcare system and make informed choices about their care;
• Supporting pre-crisis and post-crisis planning through the development of crisis plans and Psychiatric Advance Directives (PADs); and
• Facilitating personal growth and empowerment through education and skill-building activities.

Your work schedule will be variable, depending on the needs of your assigned clients. You must be able to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
