Amazon is a global e-commerce leader seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to join its Selling Partner Insights and Analytics team. This team focuses on developing analytics and insights that directly impact sellers' experiences on Amazon.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for turning qualitative analysis into diagnostics and recommendations. They will work closely with business partners to design, implement, and support BI projects and tools that derive insights and shape worldwide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a thought leader in the organization, interfacing with business partners to architect, design, implement, and support BI projects and tools.
  • Dive deep into data analysis, recognizing and adopting best practices in analysis and reporting, data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
  • Deliver results-driven insights that improve performance and productivity, ensuring excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in statistics, data science, or an equivalent quantitative field is required. Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions, is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $117,300/year - $202,800/year, depending on location and experience. Amazon offers a total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
