About the Role:

The Physician Leader in Intensive Care will lead our multidisciplinary Critical Care team, providing exceptional patient care and driving quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have outstanding clinical and leadership skills, with experience working in a fast-paced intensive care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce errors
  • Mentor and educate junior physicians and nurses on critical care practices

Requirements:

  • MD degree from an accredited institution
  • NY State medical license
  • Board certification in Anesthesiology, Surgery, or Internal Medicine
  • Fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine desired
