Job Overview

Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies are implemented.
  • Execute Merchandising Resets to maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Build Retail Displays to showcase products and drive sales.
  • Merchandise Impulse Items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Implement Plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Self-Starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Comfortable in Changing Environments with ability to adapt to new situations and priorities.
  • Physical Requirements include standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
  • Strong Communicator with ability to build relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Reside within 20 miles of the designated service area.
